These rib roasts are sold boneless and can be cut to order at any size (under 12lbs) or portioned as steaks, please specify any special requests in the note section at checkout. Full size dry aged ribeye roasts are about 10-12lbs. Portion size is generally .5 to .75 pounds per person.
Price per pound will be $39.99 payable when you pick up. Your $50 deposit will be deducted at the checkout in store.
