For all returns or exchanges item(s) must be returned (no exceptions) and must be accompanied by original receipt. Volante Farms markets only high quality and healthy plant material. Once the material is purchased the plants must receive sufficient light, water and suitable soil conditions. Volante Farms is not responsible for plants that are affected by extreme natural conditions (i.e. floods, ice, drought, frost) or neglect by the customer. No guarantee will be given on bedding plants, rose bushes, perennials and shrubs that are left in their original containers.

1. Live bedding plants, potted and hanging baskets may be returned or exchanged within 10 days.
2. Shrubs, perennials and rose bushes may be returned or exchanged within 30 days (no over wintering guarantee!)
3. Cut Christmas trees, live Christmas trees, and fresh greens and wreaths may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. No returns, refunds, or credits after December 24th.
4. Non-perishables may be returned or exchanged within 30 days in original condition
5. Gift certificates are not returnable.
6. All clearance items are deemed final sale and no guarantees or return will be offered.
7. Any custom or special orders are non-refundable.

Volante Farms Liquor Policy

Everyone attempting to purchase alcohol is required to present an acceptable, valid and non-expired form of ID. These forms are limited to:

1. A Massachusetts Driver’s License
2. A Massachusetts Liquor Identification Card
3. A Massachusetts Identification Card (with expiration date)
4. A Passport Issued by the United States.
5. A Passport Card for a Passport issued by the United States
6. A Military Identification Card

Our Point-of-Sale system requires an ID scan to complete the transaction if any alcohol is involved.

This policy subject to change in April 2025 with new MA state laws regarding liquor sales going into effect.
