New Years Eve Prix Fixe 2025

The kitchen is pleased to offer the following menu for your holiday dinner. Each kit is packaged to be ready to reheat and serve, instructions included.

1st Course - Lobster and leek flatbread with spinach and parmesan

2nd Course - Winter greens salad with goat cheese, hazelnuts, and a pomegranate vinaigrette

Main - Beef tenderloin with uber mashed potatoes, green beans with roasted shallots, and cabernet jus

Dessert - Flourless chocolate torta

R. Dumont 7 Fils Brut Champagne

Nothing beats real, proper Champagne to ring in the New Year, and Dumont delivers with a real classic. A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, it's an old style toasty Champagne full of showing flavors of apple and brioche with very fine, moussy bubbles. The grapes are also organically farmed, which is something of a rarity in the Champagne region. Available in multiple formats for different sized gatherings.

375 ml (half bottle, 2-3 servings) $25
750 ml (4-5 servings)  $45

1.5 liter (double bottle, 8-10 servings) $90


Bohigas Cava

Perhaps one of the most elegant and 'Champagne-like" offerings from Spain's Cava region, long known as a more affordable alternative in sparkling wine. Made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parallada, it is crisp, clean, and fresh with a bright, dry flavor profile. Also organically farmed, it is both excellent on its own or added to good orange juice for a classic Mimosa.

750ml bottle, $17

Choose 4 servings or 6 from the drop down menu and a champagne add on if you so choose (ID required at pickup)

 

Orders must be placed by Monday, December 29th by 5 pm. All pickups on Wednesday December 31st from 2pm-3pm at our farmstand. Please contact us if you require a different pickup date or time.  WE ARE NOT OPEN ON NEW YEARS DAY, ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO CLOSE ON NEW YEARS EVE (5PM CLOSING).
