First - Local peach soup with ginger & nasturtiums
Second - Summer salad with zucchini & summer squash ribbons, homegrown lettuce, goat cheese, Thai basil vinaigrette
Third - Roasted pork loin with local plum glaze & VF succotash
Dessert – Lemon & strawberry bars
One kit serves 4 or 6 (select your options above)
Orders must be placed by the Thursday prior. All pickups on Sunday from 2pm-3pm in the farm stand at the deli seating area. Please contact us if you require a different pickup time.
