The kitchen is pleased to offer the following menu for your holiday dinner. Each kit is packaged to be ready to reheat and serve, instructions included.
1st Course - Winter squash soup with old bay and lobster
2nd Course - Wild mushroom gnocchi with truffle butter
Main - Braised boneless short rib with root vegetable gratin, hazelnut roasted brussels sprouts, and horseradish cream
Dessert - Flourless chocolate torta
Choose 4 servings or 6 from the drop down menu
Orders must be placed by Wednesday, December 28th by 5 pm. All pickups on Saturday December 31st from 2pm-3pm at our farmstand. Please contact us if you require a different pickup date or time.
